  • Try not to stay in the mineral water for periods longer than 20 minutes. It is much better to bathe frequently but for short periods.
  • Try to put aside a period of relaxation for about 30-45 minutes between bathing.
  • Avoid strenuous swimming as our waters will tire you out much faster than usual.
  • Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied in the pools by an adult.
  • If you have particular conditions which you think might be of concern consult our medical staff free of charge before bathing.

Rules & Regulations

Bubbling up from their subterranean source at just over 39 degrees centigrade and delivering 3600 litres a minute means that the waters are naturally cleansed of microbes and bacteria, making the wearing of swimming caps optional. The therapeutic qualities of our waters are recognised by the Ministry of Health. In order to maxmise the benefits of this we recommend;

  • Brief bathing times of around 20 minutes
  • Periods of relaxation between bathing of around 30-45 minutes
  • Use the natural jets and cascades for no more than 10 minutes at a time
  • As the waters are warm, avoid bathing after eating

  • Those with heart problems or who have had heart surgery
  • Those with circulatory or cardiovascular problems
  • Those with chronic respiratory problems
  • Those who suffer from skin conditions
  • Those with epilepsy or who suffer from recurring convulsions
  • Those with immune system problems or illnesses relating to metabolism
