Recommendations

In order to take full advantage of the benefits of bathing in our pools, we recommend you abide by the following rules for safe and enjoyable bathing:
Do not stay in the water for more than 20 minutes; it is better to bathe more frequently and for briefer periods so your body can better adapt to the various stimuli;
Try to alternate each bathing session with a relaxation-reaction period of 30-45 minutes;
Avoid strenuous swimming, the thermal pools are for relaxation;
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in order to enter the pools.
