- Daily entrance from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. to the Thermal and Resort Pool Park
- METABOLIC WALK at 10:00 AM;
The metabolic walk is particularly recommended for improving posture and strengthening the joints and muscles. The workout will take place in a group setting in the greenery of our Park. Our trainer will guide you through the exercise using wireless headphones, combining walking with lunges, squats, and postural exercises, assisted by the F-Band — a rope about one meter long with handles at each end. This type of activity is suitable for everyone as it doesn’t require any special effort! - Pool Kit (bag, bathrobe, towel, slippers)
